The 30-Day Discovery Period

To ensure our products have the opportunity to reveal their benefits, we welcome returns within 30 days of your order’s arrival. We want you to explore our collection with total confidence.

Our Policy on Product Experience

We understand that the true test of skincare is how it feels and acts on your unique skin.

  • Pristine Selections: Items in their original, unopened packaging are eligible for a full refund.

  • Sampled Selections: Should you find a product isn't the right fit after a few uses, we will graciously accept returns on items that are at least 75% full.

  2. Preparation: Once your return is authorized, simply set your items in their original packaging.

  3. Swift Resolution: Upon receipt, your refund will be fully processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping & Care

  • Arrival Quality: In the rare event that your order arrives in less-than-perfect condition, please notify us within 48 hours. We will prioritize a complimentary replacement to be dispatched to you immediately.

  • Return Logistics: We do not apply restocking fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
