Where do you ship?
United States, Canada, and the UK. Domestic orders typically arrive in three to five business days. International rates are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Opened products that did not suit your skin: write us and we will usually refund or replace.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes. We never test on animals, and we do not work with suppliers who do.
Are your products dermatologist-tested?
Yes, our products are dermatologist-tested in the United States. Specific studies and substantiation are available on request at cs@madefromearth.com.
What is not in your formulas?
No petroleum. No fillers. No synthetic additives. Named actives only.
Are the formulations pregnancy-safe?
Many are, but it depends on the product, the trimester, and your individual situation. Email cs@madefromearth.com with the SKU and we will give you a specific answer.
