Refunds are made back to the original method of payment. For multiple payment methods, refunds will be applied in their respective order, using the greatest value first. We want to make sure you find the right products that work for you! We will ensure you are satisfied. If you have tried a product from our website that is just not working out, we can offer a one time free shipping exchange for another that may work better. Contact Customer Service to request the exchange as well as request advice on product selection if you are unsure which products would work best for you. Merchandise sent to us for exchange must not be more than 50% used. Your new merchandise will be shipped out as soon as the return is received.
