Exercise is also great for working out the bones and have your muscles stretched, to renew the youthful feeling. I laughed on what you said about stress, you're right! Frowning adds age to your face. So might as well smile and think of happy thought rather than stressful problems.
I just wanted to say i love your Face Firming Serum. I've had these tiny little red dots on my face for 2 years now from a nasty break out I had my freshman year of college. I am a 45 yr old male and have been a Made from Earth customer for 2 years. I prefer to use their Vitamin Enhanced Moisturizer, over the Vitamin Enhanced Face Firming Serum. It just works better for me after shaving.
I guess if you had normal skin, either or may work. But i do recommend them, as I have seen a major difference in the appearence of my neck and face.
