Please contact customer service prior to sending in a return, as customer service will be able to provide you with a return shipping label that you can use on the original box to send back the return.

New and unused (with induction seal) products may be returned within 15 days to the Made from Earth warehouse [address below] with your order number and the reason for return. Please note that we are unable to accept used skin, hair and body care products.

We accept returns on items purchased by phone or through our web store. We cannot accept returns for purchases from other locations or retail stores.

We will gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately. If you receive an incorrect product, we will send out the correct product and arrange for the return of the incorrect product. Please email customer service in the event you receive damaged or incorrect products.

To make an exchange, please contact us and we can arrange for the new product to be shipped. We will credit you for the cost of the original product upon receipt.
