Morning & Night Routines for Anti-Aging
For the night routine, we recommend a washing / cleansing of the face. This should be done with a light non-irritating cleanser, like the Green Tea Cleanser. No need for the facial scrub again at night since it was already used in the morning. A light cleanser to remove make up and oils should do just fine. The face firming serum can be worn at night too, but we recommend only using it during the day to get the most benefits from the vitamins that are being put into your skin. Its like taking a multi-vitamin - not something you want to do at night. For the night time, you just want to make sure your face is heavily moisturized to allow it to relax and generate strong skin cells while your body recuperates from the day.
Here is a sample routine recommended:
Morning:
1. Rooibos Tea Face Cleansing Scrub - will detoxify everything on your face
2. Face Firming Serum - to add vitamins and firmness to your face
3. Any moisturizer - a daily moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated.
Night:
4. Use a cleaner (Green Tea Cleanser) to remove daily makeup, oils and other pollutants
5. Apply a thick creme (Olive Night Creme) to keep face moisturized at night for the best rejuvenation.
I'm on my 20's now but I still don't know what are the right products to be applied on my face. I only use a cleanser before bedtime but I don't use anything rather than make up in the morning. My mom said it could damage my face when I get older just like what happened to her. Now, I'm afraid. Thanks for sharing this, I learned a lot from here.
Reading this made me realize that there is a lot about skin care that I still don't know. I normally just used soap and water at night then used products in the morning. Since I started applying products at night also I'm feeling the difference. When I wake up my skin is surprisingly smooth and it feels like I'm doing more maintenance then repair like before. My next step is to improve on the actual products which is were this website will be very useful.
