Most women are generally concerned about appearance. One of the foremost concern is the skin. Fruits and vegetables does not only make our skin look good but it actually helps in the maintenance of our health in general. Phytochemicals—the bioactive nonnutrient plant compounds in fruit, vegetables, grains, and other plant foods—have been linked to reductions in the risk of major chronic diseases.

Fish rich in omega-3 oil like salmon is also rich for the heart. I suggest to eat more of it since it could make us beautiful inside and out. Fruits are known to be rich in nutrients for keeping the skin healthy so it's good to have fruits as desserts rather than cakes or drinks which have less benefits for our body.

Our skin is the largest and the most vital organ of our body, as it protects our internal organs from multiple insults of the environment. A healthy skin is indeed a key to success. Regular exercise for at least 30-40 minutes daily is an ideal way of keeping your skin healthy as it enhances the circulation to the skin and provides impotant nutrients for skin growth. I agree completely agree. So many people run to the most expensive Salons and dermatologists seeking skin care products to improve their skin, when all they need is right there in their home! Eating healthy is the first step in getting healthy looking skin. And water is always an essential. These tips were all very helpful, but it would have been nice to include that implementing these steps would be a lot easier if you maintain good portions sizes. Don't try to eat you veggies or drink your water for the day all at once. Why not try eating a fruit before each meal and having a glass of water with each meal?
